In the begining......
After working for two years in the famous ' The Flann O Brien Irish Pub ' in Paris John and his partner decided it was time that the North of France got it's own Irish Pub. Under the careful guidance of James, the owner of Flann's, and with a great deal of work fromm Sonny, Tommy, Big Mike and Alan the existing Bistro was truly transformed into what it is today. Damian, of L.S.D. Signs, from Castlewellan, Co. Down did all the art work, which gives the bar it's distinct Irish flavour; even if he had to beg for his money (see cartoon).

We have now launched this site to show the world wide web what we have done.
Don't shed too many tears for the sign-writer. One year later he came over to collect his money and was paid in full. He spent the next two weeks drinking it !
